Sometimes I think Trump says this stuff just to see the reaction, I know a couple guys one the flight crew for Air Force One and another that's on the maintenance team of the planes in production, It would take years to get this one ready for presidential use because it's missing so many required systems, one of the main ones, in flight refueling, it would also have to be stripped down to the rivets and every item reinstalled would have to be inspected, and not by any tech, it would have to be someone with a Top Secret clearance. That's the big reason for the ongoing delays, they hire someone to string wires, before the guy can even get in the building he has to get a Top Secret clearance and sometimes it takes over a year to get that done.
