Guidelines

ckf and I have talked a couple times about getting the rules posted for all to see, so here they are. 

1)  No posting information relating to the professional life/career of a member if said information was not volunteered by that member, regardless of whether that information is publicly available. Also, no threatening the profession/career of a member. 

Examples:

Quote

Member X works at 1234 Philadelphia Ave for Company Y. Their phone number is 867-5309. It's on www.memberx.com

Quote

I think I'm going to call Member X's employer and let them know about Member X on this forum. 

2)  No attacks/threats against the family of a member.

Examples: 

Quote

Member X's wife is a fat ass whore. 

Quote

I hope Member X's kid breaks his leg. 

Quote

Maybe I'll pay a visit to Member X's wife at her workplace.

This should all be common sense and I don't expect we'll have much trouble. 

I have zero desire to babysit this place and wish to be as hands off as possible, ckf feels the same. We don't want you guys to look at us like an oligarchy, we want to be seen as members of the forum first and foremost.
