Same person or type that really just want a budget sled, but when someone puts one out, they aren't buying them.
Usually with some dipshit excuse of "They really missed the boat by not putting top of the line Ohlins, nicer handlebars, C&A's, an Ice Slipper, and Vespel hyfax on this budget sled. I'm not going to buy one now."
They could make a $5000 budget 500cc machine (SnoPro 500 reincarnate) and those same wet brains wouldn't buy one because daddy bought a brand used 1992 Indy 440 Lite in 1995 for $2000 from Bubba's Backwoods Pooolaris and got a suit, 5 gallons of oil, and new belt, a cover, and a trailer with the deal, and unless they get a deal like that, it is a hard pass.
