Another fact you should be aware of. If you grab the list of fortune 1000 companies in the US and focus solely on those that develop products and visit their R&D you are going to find that the majority of the engineers are minorities and more than half weren't born here. Without them they wouldn't have developed such great products. These leaders your dumbass policies are making other countries able to poach them away. If that is the path we go down kiss our technological leadership down the drain.
