Don't believe he has any control over the incarceration with the exception of maybe DC. He has warned taking fed funding away for jurisdictions with no cash bail and light on crime policies which I applaud but no doubt will get fought/delayed in the courts.
Best we can hope for is the people see how nice it is to temporarily have safe streets and vote mayors and prosecutors into office that will do their part. Don't hold your breath large cities are a lost cause in America.
Nothing shows the crazy in America like people protesting against being safer. Its like if American soil was attacked and they protested our defense of it......wait that's already happening in urban centers all over the country.
I do find it slightly amusing this coming from you when in another post you complain about his authoritarian EO's. Don't know if that's ironic or hypocritical.
