I’m not saying that these shooters don’t just “snap”. In the realm of human behavior that can occur….but that is more about crimes of passion. I think this shooter had a slow build up to killing Charlie. Could’ve been over several months. If you become the object of a paranoid schizophrenic’s delusion, he will hone and develop that delusion over the course of time with non factual information imagined in the dark recesses of his mind while he’s driving or laying in bed at night. If he’s of superior intellect and has the means….you’re a dead man. It’s just a matter of time.
