yeah, but add in airfare, car rental, etc over a couple months and it adds up quickly.
we'll always have the summer place in the UP and it'll go to our daughter and keep going from there. the nice thing about the rental game again as stated... portability. you could spend a week in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico and Arizona if you wanted to... if you don't want to lock into just one place. if you do lock into one place you'd better f'ng love being there imo.
or have your money invested and working for you and use the gains to rent wherever it is you would like to go.
do you rent your place out when you aren't there? what does the property management company or person charge... out of curiosity?
