Wildcat Trail and Sport (2014–2017): Approximately 14,100 units were recalled because heat from the exhaust could melt the plastic panels behind the seats, posing a fire hazard. There were over 400 reports of melting and five reported fires.
Wildcat Trail and XT (2014): Roughly 5,600 units were recalled due to oil cooler line leaks. Arctic Cat received 60 reports of leaks and one report of a fire.
Prowler Pro and Tracker 800SX (2022–2023): Over 10,000 units were recalled because the fuel tank cap did not fit correctly, leading to fuel leaks around the filler neck. There were 48 reports of fuel leakage.
Prowler 500 HDX (2014–2015): About 2,700 vehicles were recalled for a throttle body fitting that could leak fuel and start a fire.
Havoc (2019): A small batch (roughly 200 units) of Textron Havoc models manufactured by Arctic Cat were recalled due to potential fuel line leaks.
Winch Accessory Kits
(2014–2017): Winch solenoids used on Wildcat Trail and Sport models were found to overheat, resulting in five reported fires.
