Never tried kettle ball anything, sounds interesting....if I only had one exercise to continue, it would be push-ups.
But I refuse to let father time have his way with me for as long as possible. I've seen some of my fellow classmates on my route and it is really eye opening to see how much many have declined physically. Hunched over, limping, overweight and just flat out of shape. I vow to never become like that.
Just want to remain flexible and mobile at this point.... although my strength is still 90% of what it was in my youth. Lifting very comparable weights....Just the body doesn't respond to weight resistance like it used too and have lost a lot of stamina when doing multiple sets, That's where I see the biggest decline. But exercising will always be a part of my life till I die. I still get a natural high from it.
