If they felt threatened, absolutely.
As far as the Alex guy, he got into a physical fight with police while carrying. Fucking idiot for one. And I thought that was an accidental shooting anyway, I thought they disarmed him and the cop was carrying the gun away from the situation and it went off and hit him, I thought? If I'm wrong correct me, I don't keep up on the hysteria as much as you losers. If that's what happened, the cop was certainly negligent in the handling of the gun, but it also was accidental. Far from what you guys frame it as they're just going around murdering people in the streets. If you have to resort to such exaggeration, you have no real legs to your argument.
I carry and you should be wanting to avoid any conflict when carrying because you don't know how things can escalate. There's responsibility to it. And to do that with cops, in the heated environment that they were all in, is just fucking stupid, I'm not going to say he deserved it but I also don't feel the least bit bad for him. Go get physical with cops while carrying and see how it goes for you. Most of all this stuff comes down to people being fucking stupid AF. It was stupid to even bring a gun into that situation, nothing good would ever come from that. Didn't he have 2 mags?? He was looking for something to happen, that's not normal.
Cops are human and if you're going to push your luck with them and expect them to all react exactly the same you're a fool. Everyone of these armchair qb's would be pissing themselves and crying for their Mommy if they had to walk one day in some of their shoes, specifically the ones in urban shit holes where these incidents happen.
