I’m not remotely dense to it. We’ve had two shitty winters in a row in the Midwest, but these aren’t the first years we’ve had winters with hardly any snow. 1981 was a year the Midwest didn’t get shit for snow, and there are plenty of examples. Would that fit the narrative?? Three winters ago was an incredible season!! Snow everywhere…
I choose to go ride other areas, support those local businesses, and the people of the more remote communities that put in the time to volunteer and get the trails ready for a good season whether we get it or not. Hell I’ve sent restaurants and bars I frequent in the winter, money in the summer if I don’t make it up there so they know I’ll be there again if they are there.
So I’ll ask again, with all that riding from your door, how many miles did you put on last year?
