I assume your in house CDL training was obviously for your employer's company and I'd guess that no one ever from this company ever asked you or expected you to 'move things along in a swift manor' to get individuals their CDL's in a rushed situation despite knowingly, they just plain obviously were'nt yet fit for the road behind the wheel? Otherwise, i'm sure you wouldn't be involved in working for said company in any possible way, right?
Now, with your credentials, how many stories have you heard or saw with your own eyes other training facilities do just that, rush people through the system regardless? If so, I bet that made you lose your shit didn't it?
