How many sets of rockers? I was on the 3rd before I sold my '03. The only thing actually wrong with a hard life 350,000 km truck.
My brother works for an outfit that uses the Sprinters as service vehicles
They are in the shop more than on the road at times.
My gassers give me no issues.
First time a diesel goes into the shop for off warranty repairs, odds are, the bill will offset any savings in fuel over the long term.
Do miss the power and pull when I hook up a 13,000 lb trailer though.
The 2015 6L will outlive me though...unlike the current offerings from Garbage Motors.
