1937-1939 Arab Revolt: The Irgun conducted a campaign of violence against Palestinian Arab civilians during this period, resulting in numerous deaths.
July 15, 1938: A bomb left in a Jerusalem market by the Irgun injured 28 people.
July 25, 1938: The Irgun threw a bomb into the Haifa melon market, killing 49 people.
November 1, 1945 (The "Night of the Trains"): The Haganah, Irgun, and Lehi coordinated a series of attacks on the Palestine railway system, blowing up locomotives and other infrastructure, killing several people.
December 27, 1945: The Irgun bombed the British Criminal Intelligence Department (CID) headquarters in Jerusalem and an army camp in north Tel Aviv, killing three British policemen, four Sotho soldiers, and one British soldier.
