Whats your point? Clearly you dont get it. You grew up in a house 800sq ft. That was YOUR parents house raising 5 kids....Your Parents arent boomers.
So you bought your first house in 1982 that was 800sq ft. Do YOU as a boomer still live in that 800 sq foot house today? I would guess not, because you were able to buy and sell Houses thru the 80s, 90s and early 2000s moving up making money , until maybe the crash of 2008.
Do you realize what a 800 sq ft House cost nowadays for a 25 year old? Plus the higher cost of living today?
Listen I'm not worried about Me or my generation as much. I bought my Home at 27, rented apartments prior to that since 19. But each generation below Me for sure has a much harder time buying a house, especially compared to 1982.
