Not that I disagree but could you provide examples of how they may have done that? It could quickly render the executive branch quite impotent. I think there are also dangerous actions by the Executive branch not fulfilling its duties by executing the laws of the US. They should not be allowed other than based on financial ability just pick and chose which laws it wishes to enforce.
