Almost all WI and MN plate ra-tards.
Basic route was home>Hood Cloud>Haydays>Turtle Lake>Hayward>Ashland>around that point on 13>Duluth>down 23 to Hood Cloud>home.
Not sure why, but on MN95, 3 different people turned out in front of us to do 20-40mph under the 60mph speed limit only to turn off in less then a mile, with no one behind us in sight. I hate traveling on 95 with a burning passion. Stupid stupid stupid drivers the whole length of it.
In WI where those state highways turn to 3 lane for a passing lane, we'd be following people operating at their own pace, then they'd put the hammer down on the passing lanes and slow back down on the other side and drop even another mph or 2 off their previous speed.
One I was going "excessively fast" having some old hag white knuckling it and keeping pace with us.
I was not determined enough to get past her on the chance I'd get a ticket. Back to 53mph.
Once we were out north of 2 all the way home, didn't deal with any of that shit.
That WI13 is a minimally traveled road, but less scenic then we thought it would be.
