Dooloof's debt has been ballooning for a decade without any end in sight. We have the only city in MN with a decades of ZERO population growth...and three universities to boot. We're slowly growing now but, it's only the indigents that is being brought in with free housing and sustenance. No real viable business operations to retain and supply good paying jobs and careers. The young are heading out faster than they can be replaced and all the while, city blight continues to manifest....even in the high tourism areas now.
