Todd and I talk on and off and I vaguely remember him saying something about wisconsin and the problems with racing there similar to permits/clubs/dnr etc. but I cant recall what the issue was.
Snow is one factor but on the ice is a whole separate issue where the DNR comes in - fuel /coolant spills being the largest. they were trying to get them to run fueling in an area where any spills would be contained but seeing there are studs in a track that will tear up any type of containment system it makes it impossible.
