This I know - however, the crud continues to expand unfortunately. South of the Minnesota River is a prime example. Without knowing, but having a pretty good idea where you are, expansion is all but non-existent. Not the case in a large part of the shitties.
This is very true! However, it was rather nice to downsize the equipment and shit last fall when I moved east into central Sconnie. And though it has been a little more comforting to know my tax dollars weren’t being given away, it was not my primary reason for moving… Madison is not much different than St. Paul.
