Just finished up this sleeve job on a vintage DG Honda ATC cylinder. DG was a big name in Motocross and ATV racing back in the day and supplied this 300cc cylinder to be used on the air-cooled ATC 250R three wheelers. Of course they do wear out after 40 years and that was the case here. Somebody commissioned Advance Sleeve to make the sleeve necessary to bring these back to life. He also had Wiseco make a special run of 77mm pistons. This particular job required an awful lot of port matching to be correct, but it's done and I'm sure the customer will be happy.
