ours have been about the same for nearly two decades, not cheap but at least they've been stable within $400 from then until now, who knows what this year's surprise will be though. ours consists of a bit to the city, a bit to the county, local schools (the bulk) and a technical college. multiple school referendums have been rejected by the voters over the past decade and thankfully we've had some fiscal conservatives consolidating kids from older buildings into newer ones and the older properties being parted with.
don't even get me started on our 'local' roads which the city and county damage with their excessive road salt abuse and our stupid county 'wheel tax' which doesn't seem to fix roads I actually drive on.
cuzza the boomers right?
