Trump dangles $1 million bounty for voter fraud tips days before midterms

President Donald Trump offered a $1 million reward Monday to anyone who reports voter fraud in the upcoming midterms or past elections that leads to an arrest and conviction.
The offer comes eight days before the midterm elections, as the Trump administration is reportedly preparing a lawsuit challenging election results in Alaska and weighing suits in several other states with close Senate races, according to Raw America.
“Anybody reporting Voter Fraud in the past Elections, or the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election, will be paid $1,000,000 upon the arrest and conviction of those that created the Fraud!” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform.
“Thank you for your attention to this matter,” he added. The president did not specify who would fund the rewards or how claims would be verified. It is also unclear which government agency would administer the seven-digit payout.
