If you believe that any increase in government revenue will lead to anything but an increase in spending, your an idiot, who's had his head up his ass for the last 50 years. (only 50 because no one expects a child to pay attention to this shit)
As far as "entitlements" True social security retirement should be 100% self supporting (and would be if it hadn't been robbed) as such not only should it never be cut, it shouldn't count as government spending.
