Most businesses have a very difficult time scaling up and down based on market trends.
6% does seem quite low, unless it's your business or job it affects.
Our dollar is very weak from a historical perspective, plus your top dog has a habit of biting random people without warning.
I don't know anyone who has actively made the decision to not travel to the US, none that wouldn't have not gone anyway. Won't affect me personally, but get rid of the dog and you might get more visits from the fearfull.
