Yeah, it can get spendy...especially if you don't strike a vein quickly. My well here cost me a smooth $20k cash and it had to be fracked. God damn it! But I finagled a $5k savings with the greenbacks. I also ran all the main lines and set the bladder and hooked it up myself. Altogether it would have run regular Joe close to $30k. My septic (mound) was just about all my labor but design, materials, tank, pump and inspections tank still ran $12k..again, cash. Reg Joe: $18k+
Eeesh. This one was quite expensive. Last property only ran me about 20k total for both.
