how about...
no one who works or worked in/for government at any level from local to fed and state, as they're part of the swamp
also, no one who gets SSI or Medicare/Medicaid as they're currently on the dole as well
work in a job or own a company that contracts or sells stuff to the government, you're out as well
ever been convicted of a felony, you're also out of voting even for the dog catcher forever
maybe we should look at women and minorities next, no?
