I suppose it depends on if you are the accused and the outcome.
As far as Truedope is concerned, court after court has found he violated Canadians constitutional right with the invocation of the emergencies act, yet there has been absolutely zero repercussions, so I guess it also matters who you are. None of the top dogs in the US administration over the last couple decades have paid a price either. From Joe to Hillary, all the way up to the Orange Satan his-self seem to skate on everything.
Guess I'd say I've got a healthy distrust of all things court and governemnt.
