Didn't click the link don't know anything about this, only commenting on this question and principles. Innocent til proven guilty. Sounds like the guy or girl may be proven guilty and I'm sure will then lose their job. But principles are important. Many people get investigated and are found to be innocent, should they lose pay over nothing they did wrong? Innocent til proven guilty is always the best policy, you have to protect the innocent. The guilty will get theirs.
