If you want to do something that will actually benefit your kids/grandkids then get your shit together.
Will needs to be iron clad, and more detailed than you could ever dream would be necessary.
Get your assets together and shielded from taxes, no matter what it takes in your area (despite you thinking that everyone should paying more in taxes)
Seriously consider physical gold, or other precious metals (something with a rate of return at least as high as inflation)
Plan on dying, and how you want to go, by that time its going to cost 10k to dispose of your body (quoted it this summer, in my small rural area its currently 5k for a short "ride", quick private viewing and cremation). Get iron clad DRN, DNI, etc. prepare paperwork in case euthanasia is legal by then, (depending on how you feel about it). No one wants to die alone shitting themselves in a nursing home, or hospital, but that's the reality for the vast majority of people. Unless your lucky, or hit the eject button yourself you are going to go that way too. While there, they will take everything you haven't protected.
