We went to and afternoon show in downtown "A Chorus Line" and then dinner in town.

Steam mussels in tomato & garlic sauce  

8oz Australian lobster tail w/butter

Shrimp and some sort of garlic wine sauce

asparagus & roasted potatoes

a chocolate bag dessert, it looks like a small paper bag but it's chocolate filled with whipped cream and assorted berries and fruits. Kind of like below......sorry I'm not one for taking pics of my meals.........

Hope you got it smothered.  Best thing they have is their Colorado green Chile.

We were supposed to go to a big lake party yesterday but they moved it to today because of the rain. There will be lots of food and I'm making 4 pizzas. Last year I made 11 pizzas that disappeared pretty quick

I picked up some tomato cucumber salad for tonight too, love that stuff..It's just light and refreshing

Had a cheeseburger and fried shrooms from the local Dairy Grille for lunch so dinner is sort of up in the air.

They put the Chile in a togo container you can dip into if you ask.  I get sides of it sometimes to dip chips in.
