  1. I’m sure they are. Some of the sublet bills we get from the mechanic shop to just calibrate these sensors are $1500+ not including the actual sensor or labor to replace. I just did an exploder had a 1k adaptive cruise sensor just the part cost. It was basically a 6k bumper job. I got a ram yesterday quick simple replace tailgate the freakin thing had $800 dollars in just emblems. Each of the big foot tall RAM letters is 150 a piece. It’s amazing to me insurance is as reasonable as it is considering the ridiculous cost to fix even the simplest job.
  2. I’ve seen them I just never realized how they worked with the sensors and scales or whatever else makes them work. I thankfully don’t have to get that involved in the electronic crap. I just make em pretty again.
  3. Bull shit I seen here his age group spends all their money on delivery pizza, coffee and 1k car loans. I’m sure his hard work will pay off soon 👍.
  4. Mine went up 1200 bucks. I’d guess our towns average is 7-8k yr. The town next to me has high taxes for this area. State average is 6k.
  5. When we sold our old house our realtor wouldn’t even show the house if you weren’t pre approved or had proof of cash funds.
  6. Ya I get it and I like the way my town is I wouldn’t want zoning changed I like that NH is spread out and rural. I just agree with the article that the housing shortage has at least some to do with the way zoning is here in NH. I drive through Amherst often and I always see a new town house hoa place going up. My bud moved from Amherst couple years ago because it was getting to built up to much.
  7. Median household income in NH is 88,235 median home cost 500k do the math the average family can’t afford an average house in NH. 88,235 median income, 28% of income toward mortgage 2,059 a month payment they can afford. 500k home, 20% down, 380k loan 2,528, average property tax in NH 6k yr 500 month, total mortgage payment 3,028 a month more than 1k more than the average family can afford you see the problem yet?
  8. I’m sure a lot have. I know at least one in my kids class moved up from CT and they work remotely. I think the article was right about zoning being a big factor though. My road for example has a 4ac minimum to build. The yuppie town I grew up in has a lot minimum too and recently put up a big fuss about a work force housing project being potentially built. Ive gotten a Christmas tree in Richmond before that’s about all I know about Richmond not much there.
  9. Record median sales price in NH 500k Affordability crisis. Affordability index at record low of 59 in NH. It was over 150 five years ago. https://www.noradarealestate.com/blog/new-hampshire-home-prices-reach-record-high/
  10. I’m assuming maybe new cars are cheaper to insure because they consider them safe and less likely to crash with all the crash avoidance and assistance crap on them. I have no idea doesn’t make much sense to me either
  11. It is pretty badass although I prefer the older style more 68/69.
  12. Pricey in them parts my new to me 21 taco is less than half that for 6 months $395
  13. Ahh per google translate lol do bisa
  14. Nice I see those online all the time and thought it be perfect for around the yard moving small rocks and making trails. A YouTuber i sometimes watch got one a while back and I was pretty impressed at what the little thing could do lol.
  15. NH is pretty strict on inspections too it kinda sucks unless you know a guy. I watch some of these YouTubers driving complete rotted shit boxes that wouldn’t stand a chance of being legal in NH.
  16. Odd I thought all this technology the government keeps mandating in cars was supposed to stop accidents. The cost of these adas sensors and the calibration of them is insane. Throw in the crazy prices of some basic crash parts and high rental car cost now it’s easy to see why it’s going up. 10k job is nothing now basically 2 lights on a bmw lol
  17. Sounds like the American tax payer will be due for another aid bill soon
  18. White guys like yourself right that left a manual labor job for a desk job. Why is it that you made that decision no way it was because the pay sucked for the work you put in.
  19. Biden buys his votes in his own way student loan forgiveness apparently a chicken sandwich is enough for some
  20. This made me laugh the very first listing I got for “warehouse jobs in Wisconsin” came up with one that pays more lol. Granted most that list pay were 20-28 which I’d gladly take to not do roofing. Just face it $30hr for roofing is shit pay and exactly why they can’t get help. It’s probably the most demanding on the body of construction jobs besides maybe concrete and the highest risk of injury all for the lowest pay range in construction jobs.
  21. lol you think that’s good pay for that work? They can’t find people because people aren’t stupid.
