I watched this about a month ago ... was fun to see some familiar places.

One of my favorites used to be Dix's Challet in Winter, right on the Tuscobia.  Haven't been there in a few years damnit....

Pork back ribs on the grill tonight the Char on the ribs was very good. 

I'll just post it over here in the Wisconsin threads.

I realize you posted this over a year ago, but ...

We ate at Dix's back in February and it's still as good as it ever was.  The prime rib and old fashioned(s) were fantastic!
