Deep fried perogies again, 4 cheese ones, I tried something a little different this time someone suggested, boil the frozen perogies for 3 minutes, refreeze them and then fry them for 4 minutes at 350*f..... They seemed to turn out a little better doing them that way.

We stopped on the way back from Peggy's Cove in NS and I had fish n chips and the wife had lobster Mac n cheese. The food was pretty good
