I built a lasagna this morning, 5 different cheeses including,,,get this,, a pound of COTTAGE CHEESE!!!!! Went to the lake all day and just pigged out!

I went with a 4 cheese blend of Mozza ,Romano, Provolone,and Emmental for the topping,,some mozza on a lower level and 1 level of the cottage cheese. Just how I was taught as a young fella,,,not sure by who.

Tarragon is brilliant with cream cheese in eggs.  Do french folded omelets without the thick dry american curd and even better.  So good.
