Monthly dinner at the Delaney House with a bunch of advisors.  Free dinner and drinks yay.  Place is known for their steaks, but I was in the mood for seafood.  Chop chop salad, meal all by itself.  But went with a swordfish special, with sauteed spinach and some kind of cole slaw treatment and chipotle potatoes.  Delicious.  Ate half and saved the other half for lunch today.  Oh and a couple smoked Old Fashions.  Pretty tasty.

I have not been up there in years.

They do a really great job.

Tonight, brick oven pizza at Bond 124 in Somers...went for my usual Italiano.  Garlic, olive oil, sausage, broccoli rabe, sprinkled with plenty of pepper flakes and parm.  So good.  Their pizza is top notch and only a few miles from the house.

Used their seasoning on this one.  I’m warming up to it a little more every time I use it.

Rode the Harley all day , fucking 80 degrees here in CT today. 

Picked up some Pad Thai on the way , just got home didnt feel like cooking lol

But paying $40 and turning it into tasteless charcoal is okay?  Super simple.  The less fat the less you can cook it.  A5 wagyu ribeye can be medium and still taste good.  A grass fed bison steak better be rare or it's nearly inedible.  Beef tenderloin you should order 1 or 2 temps lower than you eat your ribeye.
