Bontz Posted October 18, 2023 Share Posted October 18, 2023 I put a pot roast on the smoker around noon and now it's steaming in a pan with some beef broth, onions, mushrooms and mini golden potatoes. Should be ready shortly - along with some fresh cornbread my wife has in the oven.
