What's pathetic is you don't know you can call it Prime Rib you just can't call it USDA Prime rib, unless you are using USDA grated Prime rib. A stone head like you just can't get it through your head.

Dumbass, re-read what I wrote.  The meat man did not buy a prime graded rib roast.  So great with meat and so successful that you settled for something that may have been labeled choice but should have been select.
