Made some blueberry lemon scones with a lemon glaze for breakfast

Oil poached some Tuna and made a mediterranean tuna salad sandwich for lunch

Filet Mignon, asparagus, squash, a salad, and some home sourdough coming later tonight for dinner.

Have to celebrate the first day of snow!

Jet lag got me.  Sourdough didn't have much oven spring, but still pretty good.  Steak was reverse seared nice and low for over an hour.  Had some lovely smokey pellicle while being butter tender.

...and yes, I had more beef.  LOTS more beef.

Come on, what the fuck is BAPOC?

Had zero ideas today but had baked a spelt/rye/wheat bread earlier so I wanted poultry walking through the store the deli inspired me to make some chicken cordon bleu's.  They are sort of rustic as I didn't use anything to hold them closed, but they were tasty.

And yes, shit oven rise on the bread.  I was lazy in getting the starter going :(
