@snatchslayer Montreal smoked beef, hot Genoa salami, slice of havarti on one side, Monterey Jack on the other with Canadian rye bread. Now that’s a grilled cheese👍

Fresh swordfish from the ocean side fish market, orzo with some spices, seaweed salad and something else who's name escapes me.  Delicious.

Shark food 😂

Last nights dinner.  Walleye caught the night before, corn, fingerling potatoes and kale from the farm, lettuce from the hydroponic garden.

Was the last batch of non-squash fresh veg from the farm for the year.  Somewhat sad day.  Only things from inside now.  For those that don't like kale I highly recommend making it into chips like this.  Texture is great and tastes good as well.

Tonight is Karen and my anniversary of 37 years of marriage so I cut her a few steaks slapped them on the grill and they had to have been the best Ribeye I have ever had hands down. Hat's off to cattleman 212. Now I know why the top supper clubs in the state insist on this brand of meat.

A slightly overcooked prime NY Strip.  Was doing too much at once, but it was still great.

Had enough peaches for half a pie, so half blueberry went on the other side.  Didn't suck that I had to have one of each.
