That's the name when served on toast. It's ok on toast, but we like it better on mashed potatoes.  Good shit

Pot roast, potatoes, carrots, gravy, asparagus. I put the carrots in at the end so they stay a little crisp, hate fully cooked mush carrots.

Shrimp chorizo asparagus scampi. Had no idea what I was going to make, just started throwing shit together. Actually came out really good!

grilled Old fashion skin on coarse ground hot dog, yellow mustard, with crinkle cut fries in the air fryer.

I haven't had a hot dog in years and my wife picked up few at the local butcher. Damn I forgot how good something so simple can be.

That looks great Tony...I love olives on a pizza. 

I went lame but kind of healthy for dinner...bed of Romaine, Cottage Cheese and sliced grilled chicken breast on top.

Last night was a little better...burgers on the grill, baked beans, Cole slaw and sweet potato fries.
