Had it in the freezer. Must have bought it in march. Butcher told me they don't have many in summer because they cut them when they cut roasts. and cut a lot of roasts in winter,.

Good , no one expects much from me knowing that. Then when they find out I don't even do meth , they are confused as fuck.

I like them about 2" thick for a reverse sear.

Leftover smoked turkey on buttered toast and gravy with hand cut fries in the air fryer. The turkey was just as juicy as yesterday.

My dad used to drink the top bottle when I was a kid.  I may or may not have had a few, lol.

Some are better than others.  My old butcher used to do a great job when he cut them. The new guy does an awful job.  He cuts them like Walmart, way to thin.
