What's for dinner???

Went to Texas da Brazil in Kissimmee, first time at this restaurant. Would highly recommend it for anyone that’s in the mood for restaurant food

Saturday night. 6 of us for card night. I picked up these rockets and cut em up. Had the leftovers for lunch today. The rockets are 24” long. Buffalo chicken and Italian loaded with hots.

Pan fried Crappie, bake potato with top the tater and cooked carrots. Was good.

Roasted a 7lb chicken, stuffing green beans and gravy…..can’t forget the gravy

Mama grilled up some chicken, made up some fresh charred chicken salad with celery, scallions, a little mayo and wasabi, on some fresh sourdough.  Down with a cold today, hitting the spot.

Look into the king Arthur bread company from VT...they have a real simple sourdough, seriously super easy.

I was just excited to see someone else baking their own breads.  Sourdough is life changing.  I haven't read KA's recipe, but fundamentally the process can be simplified more so than any other bread albeit the steps take resting time in between.
