Roasted brussel sprouts, carrots, kale, almonds and couscous salad tossed and marinated in some shi shi spices.  It was pretty delish.

It also comes from cows that are owned by a lot of farmers that let  us ride their land. Cabbot is a co-op

There was a Cabbot affiliated farm near my buddies camp in West Stewartstown.

I do sometimes and when I visit Manitowoc I load up but the local grocery doesn't have a very good selection.

Find a farm stand or general store and buy it cut right off the wheel. Then serve at room temp.
