Simple rub: Brown sugar, salt, paprika and chili powder. Threw in some garlic powder and oregano.

I made this recipe that Jammin posted and yes it's in a crockpot baby!!!!!!!!

It turned out damn good but next time I will put in the whole 5 oz container of spinach.
