Chicken liver pate for an appetizer and a sirloin with mashed taters for dinner, cooked by my favorite chef Paul from Five Corners in Old Forge. This guy has been cooking high end NYC quality food in Old Forge since I was a kid. It's fucking awesome.

I just sautéed up a pan of Brussels Sprouts, Baby Spinach, chopped green onions and a little garlic then topped it with blue cheese crumbles.....good shit.
