chuck roast in slow cooker all day, it's hot so just did hot beef sandwichs

Thanks.  Cheese sauce was a little hot, but cheating and using sodium citrate to make it ultra creamy which means you can bypass the thickener but need to use temp to control it.  Crazy good mouth feel though....there is a reason people love american cheese.  Even better when other cheese are the base imo.  Boys did a killer job on the tomatillo salsa and tortillas as well.  Nothing beats a freshly made tortilla dipped in cheese sauce and chorizo.  Mmm.

They are decent for a chain but $16 for a medium fry and bacon cheese is bit much so I only get it every now and then. Just get a hankering sometimes you know
