Pancakes with maple syrup, sausage and some sliced fruit.

I wanted breakfast for dinner but my wife said we have left over tomato sauce.

So we had a salad and hot grilled chicken sausages with pasta.

I always have a bun with it so I can dip it into the chili when it's to hot to eat with a spoon at first.

Their quarter pounder is better since they switched to fresh meat and cook to order. I got the dbl QP with fries and a coke for 1/2 off through the app.  $5.95  for a burger, fries and a coke sounded better than $16 for a foot long sub at Subway. $16 included extra meat, but no chips or drink.

Grilled cheeseburgers and tuna Mac salad.

It's that time of year for sure. We make a bunch of different salads during the summer.

Nicole isn't a big fan, but I consume a lot of cottage cheese during the summer season too

My wife eats cottage cheese and fruit for lunch pretty much every day.

Tonight it is: braised beef short rib with parmesan thyme mashed potatoes, dill carrots, pickled red onions and mustard seeds with bordelaise sauce....or at least that is what the Delta One menu claims.  Whomever wrote that description needs to be fired, lol.

Cottage cheese is great on a baked tater in place of sour cream.
