Chicken shawarma, hummus, tomato/cuc salad, and pita.  Everything from scratch.  I can't stand store bought hummus when they are too lazy to remove the shells from the garbanzo beans.  This shit is cracktastic.

I don't ever use pita as pocket bread, but there is something special about the consistency when you can get them to puff up.

The pics make them look dry, but omg so far from.  Make them once you will NEVER want a store bought piece of cardboard again.

Wendy's is my favorite of the burger fast food here in the sticks. I always get a side order of the cheese sauce for dipping my fries at Wendy's

Went to Plainfield 2 times today, once to pick up a part we needed to alter and again to return it. 

Spent 7 1/2 hours driving today, don't know how people do that for a living.

I usually do 8-9 hours a day, 1300-1500 miles every 4 days, love it!

Back when i was more athletic and slim an could eat anything I would go through the KFC drive thru and get 6 biscuits and a medium gravy and dunk the biscuits in the gravy while I drove.
