Pretty much , wife calls it Tuna Poke Bowls. It’s Rice , raw tuna , chopped cucumber , avacado , sesame seed and panko with spicy Mayo. A little soy and wasabi and oh man.

Got a bag of shit natural lump charcoal, but made the best of it.  Beef, salad, beats, & overcooked brocoli (ugh...cook had a few too many glasses of vino)
